IMPORTANT INFO for tonight’s scout meeting
October 18, 2010Tonight the troop will be attending the first hour of the Town Meeting which begins at 7:30pm. The high school expansion vote is tonight so the topic should be at least somewhat interesting for the boys.
The scout meeting will begin at 7pm at the church hall as usual. We will walk over to the middle school at 7:20pm.
However, scouts will be dismissed at the middle school cafeteria entrance at 8:30pm sharp. Therefore, all pickups should be from the middle school at 8:30pm. Scouts wishing to stay for the entire meeting can do so if their parents are present, or if they bring a parents note stating they have permission to do so.
The town is looking for two volunteers to stay for the entire meeting and serve as microphone runners for the meeting. If anyone is interested please respond to this message ASAP (note: volunteers must stay for the entire meeting!)
